Buildings Technology

Integrated building technology for complex major projects with the highest energy, security and availability requirements.

We turn buildings into efficient infrastructure.

When buildings become complex systems

Modern buildings are much more than just a shell and use. Energy supply, security, digitization and operation must be seamlessly intertwined.

Heinle implements building technology solutions for major projects where technical depth, integrated planning and reliable implementation are crucial. Our systems are designed to function over the long term. In everyday life, in business and over the entire life cycle.

Holistic building technology from a single source

Building technology requires coordinated overall solutions instead of isolated individual systems. Heinle plans, implements and operates technical building infrastructure across all project phases.

As a full-service provider, we combine energy, security, automation and IT into powerful complete systems. The result is buildings that can be operated efficiently and remain reliable in the long term.

Our services range from high and low voltage installations to medium and low voltage systems to emergency power systems, UPS systems, safety and alarm technology, building automation, monitoring, energy management, commissioning, documentation and service.

Service components for building operation

Power supply with redundancy

We plan and implement high-availability energy infrastructures with emergency power systems, UPS systems, transformer stations and redundant networks. The basis for safe operation without unplanned outages.

Safety that thinks for you

We integrate fire alarm systems, voice alarms, access control and video surveillance in accordance with current standards and guidelines. Systems that protect people and secure operations.

Intelligent building automation

Modern building management technology enables the control, monitoring and optimization of energy, climate, lighting and security. This increases efficiency, lowers operating costs and increases user comfort.

Structured project management

We coordinate all electrical engineering trades holistically. Through clear interface management and structured construction process planning, we reduce complexity and minimize project risks.

Buildings are becoming more and more technically demanding. We ensure that energy supply, safety and automation do not co-exist but function as one system.

Quality and standards as a basis

Heinle building technology projects meet national and international standards such as VDE, DIN, EN and VdS. Structured tests, clean documentation and professional commissioning ensure standard-compliant operation and long-term availability.

Operator obligations are fully taken into account and transparently documented. For safety, traceability and operational stability.
