Quality & Commissioning
Tested quality and structured start-up up to complete handover.

Reliably tested. Handed over safely.
Quality is a process, not an end point
For Heinle, quality means more than a finished result. Quality & Commissioning stands for a well-thought-out, clearly structured process that makes plants reliable, safe and operable over the long term.
Through consistent quality assurance and documented commissioning, we create trust and ensure that projects work exactly as planned.
Quality over the entire course of the project
Quality & Commissioning supports Heinle projects from the initial planning phase to well beyond technical completion.
Early tests prevent planning errors, structured tests ensure quality during implementation and clean start-up forms the basis for stable operation. This creates a continuous connection between planning, construction and use, which minimizes risks and ensures operational safety.

Our quality components
Digital testing and documentation processes
All tests, measurement results and approvals are digitally recorded and comprehensibly documented. This creates transparent processes and reliable evidence for operators, auditors and clients.
Handover and operational support
We support the handover to the operator and train the operating personnel. The goal is not just a functioning system, but safe and efficient operation over the entire life cycle.
Structured start-up
Our start-up is based on internationally recognized commission levels. Standard-compliant tests accompany all phases from preliminary approval to final approval and ensure function, safety and compliance with standards.
Assessment already in planning
As early as the planning phase, we systematically review concepts and implementation details. In this way, we identify and avoid errors before they become effective in implementation. This reduces risks and prevents costly changes during construction.
Real-world projects
