Security Technology

For systems where safety knows no compromises.

When security isn't an option.

Investments that don't have a second chance in an emergency

Safety-related systems are not products — they are promises. Our range of services includes fire alarm systems, voice alarm systems, video surveillance, burglar alarm systems as well as access control and escape route protection systems. Each system is individually designed and tailored to the specific requirements of the building, the operator and the use.

With locations in Düsseldorf, Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin, we have a nationwide presence — close to the project, close to the customer.

Safety technology is not a finishing trade

Safety technology is too often treated as a last resort. At Heinle, it is part of the planning process right from the start. We develop concepts that are technically clean, executed in accordance with standards — and function permanently. From initial consultation through installation to regular maintenance, we support the entire life cycle of a system.

Our way of working in detail

Planning and execution from a single source

Heinle does not install safety technology retrospectively, but rather includes it from the outset. Planning and execution are in one hand — this reduces interfaces and saves time.

Standard-compliant documentation and acceptance support

Each system is fully documented and prepared for expert tests and official approvals. Operators receive everything they need to operate in a legally secure manner.

Integration into existing building and electrical infrastructure

New safety systems must work with existing systems. Heinle coordinates technical integration and ensures smooth operation within the network.

Individual safety concepts instead of standard solutions

Every building has different requirements — in terms of use, operation and risk profile. We take the time to understand these requirements before we plan. The result is solutions that fit the reality of the project and not a catalog.

Real-world projects

Production hall with clean rooms

Heinle implemented the complete electrical engineering equipment for a highly complex production hall with clean rooms. High power requirements, short construction time and extensive redundancy and fail-safe concepts placed the highest demands on planning and implementation.

  • Area around 32,000 square meters
  • Construction time around one year
  • Transformer power 12 MW
  • Around 220,000 meters of data lines

DC30 Lübbenau

Large-scale data center project with complete model-based planning of all electrical engineering systems. BIM was used consistently through planning and execution and served as a central control base for a highly complex project environment.

  • Output around 200 MW
  • Construction period 2025 to 2028
  • Over 100 substations

Security technology is not an end project. It is a responsibility that remains.

Quality as a measurable factor

Safety technology at Heinle is based on standard-compliant design and structured testing processes. Maintenance contracts and digital documentation ensure that operator obligations are met without interruption.
