Project coordinators ensure that complex projects work in everyday life. They keep all threads together, create transparency and help project managers keep track of things. They coordinate deadlines, track project progress and ensure that all relevant information is in the right place at the right time.

This includes maintaining and structuring documentation, tracking to-dos and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. In the background, they ensure that processes are interlinked: from preparing meetings and minutes to assisting with tenders, billing or communication with construction sites and planning.
