Your role in the project
As a BIM Designer, you are a master of digital reality. You visualize all elements that will later be installed in the finished building in 3D and maintain the associated information model. You work with state-of-the-art laptops, oversized screens, and advanced software. IT affinity and English as a working language in international project teams are a given for you.
- You handle the necessary documentation using state-of-the-art project execution software, giving you ample time for what truly matters.
- A key task that you ideally master perfectly. Because when communication flows smoothly, not only are many misunderstandings avoided for all involved; it's also simply much less stressful ;-)
- Updating electrical engineering BIM models
Here's what you'll be doing with us
- Updating electrical engineering BIM models, including modeling work and data model maintenance
- Preparation of all associated planning documents such as lists, schematics, views, details
- Coordination within and outside the team, including issue resolution
- Quantity Surveying / Value Engineering
What you bring to the table
- Education: HTL / University / University of Applied Sciences / Master's qualification in Electrical Engineering or Architecture
- Relevant professional experience: at least 3 years
- German and English required
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region 20-30%, no weekend assignments
- Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360
