Your role in the project
Als BIM-Konstrukteur bist du ein Meister der digitalen Wirklichkeit. Du visualisierst alle Elemente, die später in das fertige Gebäude eingebaut werden, dreidimensional und pflegst das zugehörige Informationsmodell. Du arbeitest mit modernsten Laptops, überdimensionalen Bildschirmen und fortschrittlichster Software. IT-Affinität und Englisch als Arbeitssprache in internationalen Projektteams sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du wickelst die notwendige Dokumentation mittels modernster Projektabwicklungssoftware und hast so ausreichend Zeit für das Wesentliche.
- Eine Schlüsselaufgabe, die du im Bestfall aus dem "FF" beherrschst. Denn, wenn die Kommunikation flutscht, bleiben allen Beteiligten nicht nur viele Missverständnisse erspart; es ist einfach auch viel "nervenschonender" ;-)
- Fortschreiben von Elektrotechnik-BIM-Modellen
Here's what you'll be doing with us
- Fortschreiben von Elektrotechnik-BIM-Modellen inkl. Modellierarbeiten und Pflege des Datenmodells
- Anfertigen aller zugehörigen Planungsdokumente wie Listen, Schemata, Ansichten, Details
- Koordination innerhalb und außerhalb des Teams inkl. Bearbeitung von Issues
- Mengenermittlung / Value Engineering
What you bring to the table
- Ausbildung HTL / Uni / FH / Meister im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Architektur
- Relevante Berufserfahrung mindestens 3 Jahre
- Deutsch und Englisch Pflicht
- Reisebereitschaft DACH-Raum 20-30%, keine Wochenendeinsätze
- Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360
