Project Leader, Electrical Engineering Design

Responsibility for complex projects.
As a Project Manager for Electrical Engineering Design, you will have overall responsibility for the design of electrical systems in complex projects. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and cost targets.
Your role in the project
You will lead interdisciplinary teams, make technical decisions, and be responsible for the successful implementation of electrical engineering design within the overall project.

- Overall responsibility for electrical engineering design
- leading and coordinating teams
- coordinating interfaces
- preparing and approving design documents
- monitoring schedules, budgets, and risks
- quality management in accordance with standards
- change and claim management
- reporting and project management
- preparing for acceptance inspections and handover
What you bring to the table
- Degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Experience in technical planning and project management
- Knowledge of standards (DIN, VDE, BIM)
- Leadership experience
- Structured approach to work
- Proficiency in German and English required
- Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit is a plus
