As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will assume commercial responsibility for complex projects in the fields of electrical engineering and electrical systems construction. Working closely with senior management, the commercial management team, and the technical project management team, you will ensure that projects are executed in a cost-effective, contractually sound, and timely manner.

• You handle the necessary documentation using state-of-the-art project management software, leaving you plenty of time for what really matters. A key task that, ideally, you’ve got down pat. Because when communication runs smoothly, not only are all parties spared a lot of misunderstandings; it’s simply much less stressful ;-)
• Thanks to your expertise, experience, and knowledge, you help establish the best possible negotiating position right from the start.
• Revenue, costs, budgets — you keep track of everything and have significant autonomy over all project finances.
• Projects are full of deadlines. Delivery dates, milestones, deadlines, payment terms. You’re responsible for some of these deadlines — set them, track them, and meet them

• Commercial project management from the bidding phase through to project completion, including budget planning, cost control, and forecasting
• contract and amendment management, as well as claim management, in close coordination with project and commercial management
• billing, payment monitoring, and accounts receivable management, as well as the preparation of reports and analyses for the controlling department
• procurement management in collaboration with the purchasing department (materials, subcontractors) and communication with stakeholders
• Documentation, archiving, and maintenance of all commercially relevant project documents

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering)
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in a technical field (electrical engineering, plant engineering)
• In-depth knowledge of German public procurement law (BGB, VOB/B) and, ideally, experience with construction delays and extensions of the construction period
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); BMD skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 10%)
