Major projects need you.

Achieving great things together

Our projects are brought to life by people with exceptional craftsmanship and technical expertise. What sets us apart is our mindset. We take on challenges, make decisions, and get things done. Reliably, solution-oriented, and as a team.

Those who work at Heinle are met with trust, stability, and the opportunity for professional and personal growth. As an internationally positioned group of companies with strong regional units, we combine experience with growth and modern work methods. Many of our teams have been working together for years. It is precisely this synergy that defines Heinle as an employer.

Reliability in our daily interactions

Collaboration as equals

Competence, not self-promotion

What guides us in our daily work

Respect for experience and openness to new ideas

Clear communication and streamlined decision-making processes

Many roles.
One common goal.

Our projects are challenging. That’s why we need people with a variety of skills — on the construction site, in project management, and in digital planning.

Project Lead

An eye on the interplay

Project Leaders bring together all people and teams involved in the project. They ensure that services are provided economically, on time and in the required quality. As contact persons for customers, partners and internal teams, they make decisions, coordinate processes and solve challenges. They are supported by project coordination and assistance.

Project Manager

Economic security for complex projects

Large-scale projects need commercial management on equal footing with technology. Project managers at Heinle ensure contractual clarity, economic management and transparent execution.

What makes this role at Heinle special:  Project managers are involved in projects at an early stage and work closely with project management and management. You are actively involved in shaping and are an integral part of the project team, not just an administrative body.

Construction Management

The connection between planning and implementation

Construction managers are the link between project management and assembly. You are responsible for the entire assembly, including in-house and external services in terms of quality, deadlines and costs. Organization, leadership and technical understanding go hand in hand here.
